Gossip can become a power grab

The natural and powerful technology of conversation can become degenerative when it is abused by sharing perceptions (of a unattending Sapien) for agenda driven consent without the intent open to all.

Conscious intent: Try to get away without accountability for choices made after 25. That is the age at which the brain is fully developed, signaling that adulthood as been reached.
