This is Kâli Mansi Sapien. [phonetically ‘Cah-lee’, English “ah” as in an American “hot” or British “bath”and ‘Say-pee-in as in Homo Sapien]

You may refer to us as Kâli/Mansi/she/he/they or poop. I couldn’t care less.

I am reimagining the story of sapiens for our collective liberation/healing/transformation/regeneration. My dogged KNOWING is that renewal of the planet and sapiens is not a matter of making it happen, but recognising that it is already happening and choosing to live it. My life’s work is dedicated to making this KNOWING visible and tangible in the most weirdly creative way to inspire 1 million sapiens with a reparative bias for those at the base of the pyramid!

I have spent the last 16 years in the field of design, art, innovation, entrepreneurship, and social impact. While life experiences and intergenerational trauma brought about neurodivergence with many symptoms of CTSD (Complex traumatic stress syndrome), I have tasted my own aliveness and I am proudly addicted to it. Please explore my blog to support you through your own journey toward radical (S)self acceptance and building eco-bio-spiritual relationships with other sapiens.

I aspire my death to be a long and extraordinary life (Atticus). My story to be an example of post-traumatic thrivability and radical human badassery not despite present day fuckery, but because of it.

How My Work Will Benefit You

The core inquiries that I explore through my work and writings are:

• How do we build the skillsets and mindsets for regeneration?

• How do we leverage the chaordic richness of complexity and diversity at scale with human, hardware and digital technologies?

• How do we shift culture towards an ecozoic era systemically?

• How do we have conversations that align with the flow of emergence while including the expertise created thus far?

• How can decisions be equitable and efficient? How can networks be healing?

• How do we mine the power of our interconnectedness in our organizations, networks, and ecosystems?

• How do we heal trauma on a global scale using innovation and technology?

…and more. However, my greatest drive is to design practical tools for application of these inquiries in our daily life as leaders in the current social, political and ecological climate toward social transformation.
