What is oppression?

  1. Power + a deficit of inclusive awareness and sensitivity + adult privileges of impacting others.

2. When a white man’s boundary is law and a person of colours boundary is a suggestion. Any Homo Sapien telling another Homo Sapien to not express their naturalness as most real and embodied - this includes their culture (as different and foreign perhaps), their thoughts, feelings, their boundaries, their ways of doing life.

Put differently, when our boundaries are received as suggestions and therefore are overridable we feel oppressed. They are not seen as law by some people who selfishly see their own wants as deserving of instant gratification, their interests as deserving the highest protection available in civilizations. Oppression is created in a skewed lens held within how someone decides whose humanity and birthrights is worthy of being acknowledged and upheld and whose is expendable and deniable.

Institutions and organizations can carry the perception that they are the authority when real authority is always and will always be with the people and their planetary cousins and our naturalness that unites us all.

All oppression is man-made and therefore unnatural and out of accord with natural/spiritual law of Earth.
