Asociates/Director/: Hi, I am poc. I work for less than I deserve and I do most of the work. And eventually, I also want in on the #lazeitforward game. Usually year 2 or 3. So I request for a hire of a direct report too. My payscale: $$

Manager: Hi. I am Mexican. I do all the work and I hate my life. I have intergenerational trauma so I struggle with boundaries but this is in my unconscious, so I don’t know this yet.
